The app has never worked, it will not connect to the charger. Wallbox support is non existent. Reported the issue 2 months ago. Have tried every combination of turning charger off, router off, reinstalling the app etc etc. Nothing works. The charger is small in comparison to others on the market which I like. The illumination on the front of the charger is ridiculously bright. Worryingly I understand this model of charger has a security flaw meaning it can be hacked (report from bbc) I turn my charger off at my fuse board to be safe. Really regret buying Wallbox.

Got this installed before Christmas and does not disappoint. Very small and compact, App is easy to use (use a lot for specific charging times) and have had no issues thus far.

I bought one of these chargers 22 kw version in 2017 and had it installed in my carport. It flawlessly charged a range of EVs > bmw i3, multiple Renault Zoe, multiple Tesla.

I have the Wallbox Commander Type 1 in use for my Nissan Leaf 30 kWh since January 2017. It is working flawlessly. You get a detailed charging log and statistics and a very functional App for remote control. Service from the company is excellent.
